DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Edgy Elders make deliveries within Australia & internationally.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an e-mail confirmation after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.  Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 30 days of the time specified.

International orders are sent using Standard Airmail service.  This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted.

DELIVERY TIMES

We keep our most popular products in stock so they can be shipped to you as soon as possible. Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days.  Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be 2-7 days, depending on your location within Australia.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST, where applicable. If GST is chargeable on your purchase, it will be added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS

  • Edgy Elders uses Australia Post Parcel Service for all its deliveries.
  • Delivery costs vary depending on the area/region of Australia to where the parcel is being delivered.  Shipping costs will be included at checkout.
  • When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with an Australia Post tracking number.
  • To track your order, go to www.australiapost.com.au/track and enter your tracking number.
  • Please email us at support@edgyelders.com.au if you have any queries regarding your delivery.
  • Authority To Leave: All orders sent within Australia are sent with Authority To Leave. If you are not home when your order is delivered, Australia Post will leave this at the destination somewhere safe or drop it off at your local post office.

ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

  • Delivery costs vary depending on the country to where the parcel is being delivered. We use standard air postage service from Australia Post, which includes tracking.  Shipping costs will be included at checkout.
  • All international customs and/or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. We are not liable to pay such fees and we cannot be responsible for the rejection of your parcel that may result from non-payment of such fees.
